A little about me...

My name is Amy Bailey. This is my 22nd year teaching Physical Education.  I received my degree in Health & Fitness Management from Northern Michigan University and my M.A. degree in Physical Education from Tennessee Technological University.  I taught physical education for 8 years in Cobb County, GA before moving to the wonderful upstate of South Carolina.  My first year in SC I taught at the Spartanburg Day School before arriving at the Dorman Freshman Campus in 2005.  I absolutely love teaching at the freshman campus and have been here since then, with the exception of a brief hiatus when I stayed home with my own children.  I am the Varsity coach for Girls and Boys Swimming at Dorman High school and I am looking forward to a great year!
