Student Enrollment Process

  • Present in person for enrollment and bring the following documents:
  • Current Proof of Residence.

Accepted Documents: Lease/Rental Agreement (entire document), Property Tax Receipt, Deed to Residential Property, Closing Statement or Realtor contract. All residency paperwork must include the date, parent/guardian’s name and signature page(s). 

  • Parent/guardian’s photo identification.          
  • Student birth certificate.
  • Student Immunization Records on the SC DHEC form.       
  • Custody documents, if applicable.
  1. Online Pre-registration: (available June 2026 for 2026-27 school year)
  • Go to www.spart6.org.
  • Click on “Parents and Students” and select “Student Enrollment Dashboard”. Click “New Student Application Portal for 2026-2027”.
  • Click on “Click Here to Pre-Enroll a NEW Student for 2026-2027”.
  • Click “Create Account” and enter student’s information on each screen. 
  • Be sure to “Submit” the information and “Save and Log Out” when complete.

***Please note: After submitting, any changes must be made through the school.***

  1. Course Selection:
  • Refer to the DFC/DHS Course Guide for specific information about courses. 
  • Complete and return the DFC Course Selection card according to the instructions. 
  • Your student’s counselor will help determine appropriate levels for academic courses after reviewing records from previous schools. 

 

Once all records have been received and approved, a member of the Guidance Department will let you know the day your student will start classes.

To sign up for Bus Transportation Service:

1. Go to www.spart6.org.
2. Click on “Department-Services” and select “Transportation”. Click on  “Register for 26-27 School Bus Transportation”  Enter information and hit “Submit”.
